Please find below the health and safety measures we have in place during the Corona Virus pandemic. If you have any questions please get in touch and we’d be happy to help.
Participants are required to bring their own mat, small towel and any other equipment they wish to use during our in person classes. This is to avoid the sharing of equipment between attendees.
Please bring your own water bottle as kitchens in the venues will not be in use. You may also wish to bring anti-bacterial hand gel for personal use.
Social distanced classes
Where parking is available at the venue please try to park away from other vehicles where reasonably possible. Other participants will be leaving the class at the same time and this will allow everyone to better follow social distancing rules when departing.
A one way entry and exit system will be in place for each venue and there may be marked spaces for queuing outside.
Class end and start times will be staggered to avoid a cross over of participants in different groups.
Classes will allow a 3 metre squared space per participant for exercise, to allow clients to sufficiently socially distance during the class.
There will be no hands on/manual correction from the instructor.
Personal information we may collect about you
A register will be kept of attendees for each session along with contact information (telephone number / email) in the event that it may be required to be passed on to NHS Track and Trace services.
Touch points, such as door handles, light switches and toilets will be cleaned before the start of each session. The front doors will be locked until cleaning is completed so please try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your class.
Anti-bacterial gel will be provided upon entry and exit of the building for use by all participants.
Face coverings are required to be worn on entry into community buildings, but are permitted to be removed for exercise activities inside the hall.
